A collection of various logo and word marks that I created for various companies. My approach to visually defining the brands corporate identity is similar to perfecting one's own signature. Make it original, make it your own and make an impression.
This was my first logo. It is very personal and took me some time to design. I chose the ox skull because I was born in the year of the ox via the Chinese zodiac. I put the arrow to represent my western zodiac which is Sagittarius, I also built the horns of the ox to look like a recurve bow. The sewing needle with the string that forms the heart is supposed to represent my love for fashion and what I do. My name is also in it via the "P" on the center of the skull, if you turn the logo to counter clockwise you will see the "E" in the teeth. The letter "L" is script and at the tail of the heart.

This was the corp id for a chain of high end boutique stores that are launching in the south east starting in Atlanta. The client just wanted a simple font that had some had slight hand-style to it.

I was tasked to come up the idea of coming up with the corporate idea for a company that got its name because the principles were all Sagittarius'. I came up with playing of the story of 'William Tell" and coupling it with the idea of always hitting ones mark.

I was called upon by a video production company to design there logo. They really have a strong edit team and I used that as a catalyst for my idea. I thought about how scenes transition and whip away.

This client is a video production company. When tasked with this project I let the name do all the work. I felt like it was self explanatory.
This was a quick mock up for my cousin that wanted to do clothing line. I thought it was super funny.
I was tasked to make a logo to look like a masonry company.
The client wanted something that was very patriotic and correlated the idea of sewing.
Conceptual logo for the NYC jeweler Mr. Flawless. I am not sure that he even saw these as someone else was the go between. I actually like option 2 that represents the table of a diamond.
This logo was supposed to incorporate the idea of going from the ground to the crown. Hence the use of the bones and the stylized crown.
This was a conceptual graphic that I did to relaunch my brand Godwin. The initial creative brief was to put a number "1" into the negative space of the letter "G". The number "1" started to look like a bird so i added a dot for the eye. I really like the logo but I didn't feel it messed well with the brand ethos.
When I used to work for the company all I did was set the type that we used into the iconic blue square (which was the logo at the time) in order to give some depth to the logo past it just being a blue square.
